CIOI: Please tell us about your current company business, especially mobile commerce.
Joseph James: Pison Stream Solutions is a global management consult firm and leader on strategy, communications and system designs. Our niche is providing leadership and guidance on technology as it continues to evolve in the 21st century.
Our approach helps organizations create new disruptive innovations and product platform designs. Being an innovator I understand firsthand the various stages and requirements for inventions. Therefore this experience and approach helps organizations create new disruptive innovative products for markets.
Our company will consult, develop and recommend various strategic models for businesses technologies growth potentials, while analyzing and developing theoretical hypotheses on the effects in global markets.
CIOI: Would you like to introduce your theory and methodologies about IT Strategy and management using model or Chart?
Joseph James: Pison Stream Solutions offer vary unique methodologies to industries depending on their specific needs. We are very excited about Pison’s H-Stream model, a strategy designed to increase revenue streams for current and new un-developed markets. I must say that organizations and institutions are unique entities each with their own sets of challenges. While the approach to innovation for one organization can be similar to that of another the actual innovation strategy that’s implemented should not be static and must specifically developed and tailored to move that organization towards achieving its objectives. Strategies should be dynamic and continually accessed to ensure that the organization is still moving in the right direction.

CIOI: Have you applied the Cloud Computing in your work? Point of view and new technologies?
Joseph James: In most cases the concerns with Cloud Computing are security and loss of data while utilizing multiple servers via digital networks. However the fact of utilizing (IaaS) Infrastructure-as-a-Service, (PaaS) Platform-as-a-Service) and (SaaS) Software-as-a-Service offers great benefits at lower costs and brings a smile to most CEO’s but at what costs after associating risks involved.
Pison Streams Solutions are creating evaluating various ways to utilizing Cloud computing such as a private cloud with no security risks. Pison Stream Solutions believes the cloud should be similar to your closets at homes which contain some of your most personal belongings.
CIOI: What are the challenges or barriers to be an excellent and successful CIO in Chemistry Industry? And how you overcome them?
Joseph James: Some of the barriers for a successful CIO are lack of technical knowledge, resources and willingness to act. You must have a firm understanding of the chemical industry. In order to be an excellent and successful CIO, you must understand the need and the mythological thinking of chemists and engineers.
This will allow a continuous flow of synergies within the group beginning at the top. In addition to, understanding the need for disruptive innovations placing the challenge on your chemists and engineers for creativity. The core capabilities and leadership competencies should include:

CIOI: The future of IT development and the future of your career. What is the best plan for CIO’s
Joseph James: It’s a great time to be a CIO in this technological age. The new CIO role is a very critical and important role to the overall success of the company for sustainability and growth potentials in a Global economy.
Most CIO’s are responsible for Information Management systems and overseeing day to day operations. Today’s CIO’s, Chief Innovative Officers should be responsible for new innovations, including Global transformations and disruptive innovations for markets with less or no infrastructures. Therefore the title transformation must continue to evolve into a more evolutionary model CIO.
We must become the new ICON for Innovations and challenge ourselves for creations through brilliance. I am determined to guide Pison Stream Solutions into the future focusing on new innovative platform designs for all industries. I believe challenges are only temporally and will ultimately result in something more fulfilling.
CIOI: According to your career developments, what kind of ideas and experience do want to share with the CIO’s in all government, industry and enterprise in China?
Joseph James: Baseline CIO’s are considered as a senior executive responsible for information technology and product software and technology transformations. In today’s world the new CIO should wear the title of Chief Innovation Officer as well being the driving force behind new disruptive technology and innovations. In order for this task to be executed the new CIO’s needs to be the new ICON for the business in the season of Global Technologies and must be very talented with unique skill sets. There can be no tradeoffs in the creativity and analytical thinking for the new CIO. One needs to be a global thinker with a strong technical background couple by a solid foundation in business, communications, systems and strategies.
